We had our wedding ceremony here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The owner was very nice and super easy to work with. She was great at communicating with me and I couldn't be happier. I am so happy that I chose the vineyard for my ceremony. She does a great job with the place.
A group of us came out last Saturday night and even though the weather was not cooperating lol Tiffany and staff were so great about getting everything inside and helping the band. We had such a wonderful time. Tiffany and her staff are always great, love this place!!
Love this place! Perfection of the Midwest!
The owner manages with her emotions instead of being a professional. As a result, if something goes wrong (which from her perspective, can be almost anything) prepare yourself for a spectacle. This place could be good for a date night (Don't bring your kids.. she made it clear throughout the night she dislikes children) but I would never recommend it for any sort of event. I have never seen an owner ruin someone else's day but this one managed to get it done. She should have to pay them for how she handled herself.
The owner was literally going around looking for things to complain/yell/cuss (in front of children!) to the bride (who was trying to enjoy her night) about. Totally unprofessional and put a dark cloud on what was supposed to be the bride and grooms most important and happiest day of their lives. She personally yelled at my little girl who was playing with frogs/rocks in the little creek and scared her because she kept explaining in a rude and degrading manner that she would have to go and remove the rocks one by one and she was ruining her venue. She also yanked up a few other little boys by their shirt collars who were also PLAYING by the creek. (If any of these kids were damaging or truley doing anything wrong you can bet that they would of been reprimanded by their parents but honestly they were just playing!!) The owner telling another woman that she wont put in diaper changing stations because she wants to discourage children from being there is disgraceful, sweetheart we are a small town, we are Nebraskans, we are families! If you dont want children being at your venue then put that in your contract, website because going around looking for things to complain about has to be exhausting. These are just a few things i personally saw there was also a lot of bait and switch on the owners part. The bride and groom bought domestic beer for the guest but the guests were not told this and had to pay out of pocket for the venues beer. The owner let outside customers use the venue while we were there. The owner told the band to stop playing and was kicking people out before the contractual agreed upon time was up. Again while the venue is beautiful and different don't let it blind you, you want your wedding night to be fun, uncomplicated, not be yelled/cussed at by the owner, worried about your guests children being assaulted and the contract to be completely ignored, switched and loose your deposit. Do yourself and your guests a favor and keep looking for something better!
